Only) will take you to the Bulletin Board filled with forums
on a variety of topics related to the planning for and managing of
terrorist attacks involving weapons of mass destruction (WMD). You
are encouraged to become a member of the First Responders' Team
and share your concerns, interests, expertise, practical wisdom to
help improve the response capabilities of first responders around
the world. Visit the forums and participate!
As a member, you will also be listed on the Membership List page

registering, you will be allowed to see only the titles of the
forums and NOT the posts. This is done for security purposes so
that only authorized personnel can read the posts and also to make
the personal information about the poster secure.
It is also important to note that a registration
key is needed as part of the initial registration. You
are encouraged to read the "FAQs." The registration
key is another step toward better security and
confidentiality of all members.
Membership is free. We
simply ask that you use the Bulletin Board with the same spirit
and dedication in which it was created. Professionalism and
respect are fundamental rules of participation.
